there were barely any posts even when we had our subforum. The most active thread was post your wip and at most we had 4-5 new threads a week, and even that's pushing it.

so? now we're in some faggot section with idiots complaining about how their gmod doesn't work or advertising darkrp servers. it went from around 20+ posts per day in contraptions to 0 in faggot section.

you should make it a ground hugging drag car with some really strange body. i don't know if you remember when you and me were on novgorod and i was making that old drag opel with a 9 litre engine, a couple of weeks ago. should convert it into something like that.

i think it had more to do with the fact that you were the first one of us to dare post a contraption and every pose guy that posted in the thread chose to repeat the "wrong forum" thing. it was good. baja:ing around. but now the "conflict" should be over and done with and [I]everyone[/I] is tired of seeing the whole "this should have been posted in gmod general" blabber. i still think this section is way more fitting than the one filled with "halp how do i get to the Q-menu?"-threads.
i like this because it gives you the opportunity to practice taking some shots that don't just depict a contraption, but actually have some time put in them (angles and post processing and so on.)

I'm not a builder so I'm not in any place to judge if it's good or not, so if the builders said it was good then I guess it was and I'd have to trust the opinions of the people who know their shit.

Steam engines: Only thing that can produce 170,00 foot-pounds of torque at 2rpm.
Also, I like your lawnmower marciuZx. It's very cute, and your mechanics seem very reliable and well-refined. Though lawnmowers don't have suspensions; at best they have a seat on a hinge with a spring on the bottom. Same with tractors.

I know that, but we wanted it to lift up and down, like in a real lawnmower. Tractors, well the only thing about them I know that they have big small amount of cylinder engines, gears and a lot of torque, and that my neighbors own one.
