And my point is it's not parented, it's welded. I parent my ships.

I've only parented two or three of my contraptions without great results. Any tips or tutorials you could point me to? (and tools)

Just put phx tiles around your contraption like a box, smart weld those together, (if you don't have it, look for it) get the multi-parenting tool out, select everything and weld it to the front plate.

Place a single wire chip on your base prop, (any wire entity, it doesn't matter) and parent everything to it. By parenting to a wire chip you will be able to re colour, remove, stack etc. your parented props.

Smartwelding and then parenting just defeats the point of parenting all together.

Smart weld the plates. Don't smart weld the thing itself; it's just stupid if you do that.

It appears that the width of the so called Land Rover is too wide. If there was less wideness then the width would be more correct.
