As pathetic and whiny as this is going to sound I have to admit that posing is starting to feel stale to me. While this is my usual session that I don't commit to and end up shitting a pose I'm not happy with it feels a lot more reasonable this time around. It's depressing because as all these users are drastically improving I feel stuck at some midway level bullshit. Couple that with next to no ideas aside from shit blatantly copied from other works and references, the usual tip being "learn lighting/photoshop" which is incredibly nondescript and useless due to how expansive the topics are, and being god awful at lighting and scenebuilding, I'm finding it less and less enjoyable. Now pardon me while I pay this statement no mind and keep posing anyway.

While learning new techniques and all is a major plus, the real joy in making poses comes from actually making them, and seeing the finished product of course. If you think your stuff is bad because you feel like you can't improve, then try something new you haven't done before. Try out some new techniques you haven't tried. Try experimenting. Everyone has their limit, but the only way to find out if you've reached your peak is to keep climbing upward.
