I've improved my posing a lot and quickly but I am not improving altogether. And my creativity is nil. I want to switch to SFM now to make animations but I can't. I see people like Squiddy, Ninja, Urbanator and their kickass editing and I know I'll never reach them.

I would advise trying to write short scripts of something first and then posing. So like all of the comics I usually do, I first write out a story in my head, then on paper, then I work on doing something in gmod. Try coming up with some kind of a story first and then build from that.
