Eh I disagree with the it should be a outsider sentiment, personally I would prefer someone actually familiar with the regulars here, Less misunderstandings then. My main point is that if you notice the bans here they're mostly banned by several moderators, not just one, meaning the only reason the moderator is here is because of the ban, they're not actually part of the community. I think the mods do a good job as is. If jams start getting to out of hand, people are quick to report it. Otherwise they leave us to our own devices.
