Yes it is sadly, I think many wants it to be pure a pure musical event however it is hard to ignore how politics affect the voting. (I.E. neighbours give each other a high score or in this years case; lots of points to Russia due to indirect fear.)

Which makes it a bit late at the fifteen minute mark. I've never played COH before beyond a few bouts with the AI. So they ought to be good. :)
