One guy was hit in the head of several buckshots and left convulsing in the floor (the guy is in bad state in hospital) util one security guard and some students managed to get out of there to medical station, one girl was hit the face other was hit in the arm twice one of my friend was almost hit in the back util soldiers take back again outside. we were quick bypassing the Electricity laboratory and jumped the fence to reach a busy street, and and we walked very far from the university until 3 bikes of the National Guard appear immediately outside the area of my university and and we aim with shotguns and grenade launchers on the head in the middle of people with fingers on the trigger.[/QUOTE] What doesn't make sense to me is why so much military activity happened. At first there was a shooting on campus, I think that happened the day before, then the Rector said classes will continue despite the event, and then there were riots, and then the national guard arrived to disperse the riots?

I know the answer is going to be biased in this section, but... Should I buy Garrysmod for making machinimas and messing around? Tried SorceFilmMaker but it doesn't run very well compared to regular source games.

what is life like in Hungary? My dad's side of the family is Hungarian and all from Hungary but I've never heard much about it(most of his family got here in the 1920s and others made a break for it during WW2 and the Cold War)

I still don't understand why some people on this forum will write paragraphs of shit in an attempt to sway other peoples opinions that also write paragraphs of shit. Like who the fuck cares nobody is going to change anyone's opinion, and some people act like what other people say in their arguments is stuff they're actually going to do; like naw nigga everyone's full of shit and just argues shit out of arguments sake. And it's not like anybody is reading that shit word for word, dick in hand and hanging on the edge of every sentence, at the most people will skim through it; even the fucks that agree with you and r8 you zinger. Overall it reeks of pseudo intellectual types that don't realize people will appreciate and understand your point better if you didn't waffle on so much.

It's up to western living standards in big cities, we have McDonalds BurgerKing Starbucks, loads of foreign supermarkets like Tesco Auchan Spar Lidl Aldi, shopping centres with world-wide brands, cinemas operas theathers museums, so culturally it's very good. Education is very traditional as in hand-writing and calculating in head even in the engineering university where I study, which is very-very liked by corporations who want engineers who know their shit. If you don't have a degree and you live alone then you may as well be fucked, but it's doable if you live near industrial areas. Most people migrate west to "greener pastures" because compared to all of Europe, the income here is very low (and at the same time some food is cheaper compared to germany, with the 27% tax included, but income didn't inflate as much as products, mostly stayed constant in the last 10 years), and us have no problem integrating as we are part of the western culture too. This information might be really biased as I live in a poor family, but the truth is you need a job wherever you live so not a big surprise. But yeah, everything's the same like anywhere else, except we are not politically correct (in both sense :v: ) and have no social justice warriors/extreme feminists. There's the occasional gypsy hating (they really steal shit, come in a pack and punch you to dead if you look at them (those are the non-educated ones living on welfare)) but that's all. you don't have to change opinions in an argument to get somethin out of it, it's a fine way to explore your own views and bring up stuff you didn't think about even if they don't change your mind i mean i still think pretty much the same stuff i did three or four years ago but i'd like to think my opinions are a little more multifaceted now

I think what Jenkins means is that trying to change someone's opinion tends to be futile. Especially if you're just typing up a whole storm of hot air when only few words are needed and doing it to earn zinger ratings, which is pathetic.

Forget all your fancy schmancy words, clearly the best way to change someone's opinion is waterboarding and hot pokers.
