I usually use an interesting trick to create a light around something in garry's mod by taking two pictures. One with the light visible on the scenebuild and the second one by moving the light slightly to the side. Then i just stack the two pictures and delete the lamp on the first layer. You could do that with the windows.

You should perhaps lower the blur just a tad around the vehicle to make it look like actual motion blur instead of having blur almost everywhere, kinda something a drunk person would see. (IMO)

I am terrible at photoshop so if someone could do this it'd be great. What I'd recommend:
blur out the background beyond Francis and Zoey (I can't use SDOF), add muzzleflash to Francis' shotgun and partly visible muzzleflashes to bill and louis in the background, add blood coming out of dude's head on the right in the foreground, blood coming out of the decapped zombie, blood on the machete. Do whatever you want with the rest.
