1. Republic of Russmenika. With everything happening Russia paid little attention to them during the first years. As the Republic was exiting the chaotic phases of forming a new nation, they got better organized and grew in numbers. Left with armories of the Soviet Union Russmenika saved a lot of funding by not investing into military equipment. Later on the economy has gone down and Russmenika is constantly bullied by Russia and Kazakhstan, also having a civil insurgent. Turning the upper Western side of the nation into a warzone. Being formerly self centered and ignorant of the outside world, Russmenika has opened for trade, embassies and investment in foreign corporations. The Senate claiming their military sufficent enough to beat down the insurgents, serveral generals beg for foreign aid in strenghtening and modernizing their military. Looks great so far, but I just can't get passed the fact that you're using male 04's head, it's really outdated nowadays.

That's the reason I keep using them. We've had that set of civilian heads for over a decade now and it's easy to get attached to them. The other head options just feel kind of bland and soulless by comparison. They're really not great by today's standards, but with decent facemaps they still hold up okay.

Some people are slow learners so it could take weeks for them to learn, some people are fast learners so it could take a matter of days even though people are teaching them. Personally I think that the best way is to self teach because you find the best ways that suit you and discover really helpful things..

Ok, the deadline has arrived for my raffle of Havoc International and I would like to announce the winner of the models, unfortunately: NO ONE PUT THEIR NAME DOWN! If anyone wants vectors of their faction logos or whatever send me some reference images and I can make them in Illustrator. I was looking at the faction logos and a lot of them are from Google images, so if anyone wants original logos I can make them for you.

If you can figure out a good logo for Papilon that doesn't involve the girliest looking butterfly ever you'll have solved my "doesn't have a logo" problem

If you have any references of something similar I can make one. There's a tonne of ways to portray a butterfly if art class taught me anything.
