Even rent-a-cops can afford their own vehicles. If you can afford to kit your guys out like a SWAT team then you can probably spring for something like company SUVs or patrol cars at the least. Nobody would want to hire a PMC that has to resort to stealing civilian vehicles for transportation

Most people just reskin existing models, but a lot of us have custom models made specifically just for this thread.

It might work better for this thread if it was just parts of those countries that decided to form an independent state, rather than the entire countries and their governments deciding to merge.
