Eastern Legion Anti-Air batteries on the Eastern Legions borders have proven somewhat cumbersome to air incursions from SABRE air frames, with its fleet of NH90 Helicopters being somewhat ineffective against the rapid fire of the previously written off Soviet Era anti-air defenses, which were deemed ineffective against the more modern air frames SABRE employed. SABRE has now elected to change its tactics following these losses, and the somewhat negative backlash from senior contractors in the company, claiming 'negligence' from company directors.
SABRE's intelligence team don't sound like the brightest bunch. Transport helicopters aren't famed for being heavily armored, since armor is heavy and and you can't easily transport things if you're weighed down with armor. It shouldn't be a surprise to anyone that a gun specifically designed to shoot down aircraft can fuck them up, even if the gun may be up to 60 years old.

Following the 2010 merger of Glory Arms Company, Horizon Armaments, and New Garden Security into the Victor-Lance Group, Blue Eagle has risen in profile as a subsidiary of the holdings company. A defense contracting and risk management consulting company, Blue Eagle hoists the descriptor of "Security Solutions" to draw contracts ranging from corporate security to governmental advisement and training. The company is based out of Athens, Georgia in an ever-growing installation just outside city limits. Co-chaired by U.S. Army Special Forces veteran Paul Charron and previous New Garden executive Roland Ontierre, Blue Eagle has changed course from its predecessor, instead focusing on expanding rapidly through acquisitions and taking larger contracts and the larger presence that comes with them. Charron's restless ambition has become worrisome to higher executives within the Group, some even beginning to perceive him as a threat, especially when paired with Ontierre's business savvy. The company has grown rapidly in size, building off the veteran force of New Garden and recent acquisitions as it expands, supplied by the defense and arms manufacturers owned by the Group. Blue Eagle contractors have seen action in Syria, Ukraine, South Sudan, Northwestern China, and elsewhere, protecting corporate and government interests in what are officially non-combatant roles. The company boasts having a multinational workforce, its contractors predominantly American but also having a strong presence of employees from the United Kingdom, Germany, and France. Blue Eagle is known to specialize in precision application of small unit tactics and, when necessary, the equally precise application of weapons platforms provided by other subsidiaries of the Victor-Lance Group. Recently, after an incident in South Sudan resulting in the deaths of 35 government soldiers near a Nuer village, the company has come under scrutiny from whistleblowers and international investigators trying to find evidence of contractors acting as unlawful combatants. Despite this, the company claims that it remains strictly within its legal boundaries and the contractors in question were acquitted. Today, Blue Eagle has opened up its offer of service to the numerous factions participating in the Espionage Wars, willing to provide risk management and security solutions to the highest bidder. Though surely set with the intent to turn a profit from the world's troubles, some suspect ulterior motives hidden not only within the Victor-Lance Group, but also between the Co-Chairmen of the security company. No matter what they are, the skilled contractors of Blue Eagle will surely be the hand that enacts the will. Contracts are open.
"Blue Eagle is nothing but a private army. The Victor-Lance Group is nothing more than an international arms dealer and Blue Eagle its personal guard dog. Victor-Lance supplies the side that suits its interests and, if those interests are threatened, Blue Eagle secures it. All you need to do is take a look at their blatant action in South Sudan to see their true colors." -Adrian King, whistleblower, to GRN.

"Blue Eagle and all subsidiaries of the Victor-Lance Group operate strictly within their legal limits. Our presence in South Sudan has been solely related to the protection of Morrow Corporation's drilling, transport, and business assets. All Blue Eagle contractors and operations are monitored vigilantly to ensure that we remain within our legal confines. The assertion that Blue Eagle engages in activities in breach of the Geneva Conventions is not only preposterous, but downright slanderous." -Paul Charron, Blue Eagle Co-Chairman, in a public response.

Al-Hasakah, 2016

South Ossetia, 2015

Luhansk, 2014

Ürümqi, 2013

Athens, Paul Charron and Roland Ontierre After Executive Meeting, 2012
Finally got around to joining in. Hope I didn't over do it. Also, Athens, GA was shown as clear on the wiki map but if it's not with the map debate, just let me know and I'll relocate! Blue Eagle is typically Neutral Good but if any faction is in need of an ally, they will gladly bear the burden for a price.
Welcome to the thread. I think it's kind of debatable whether most of those conflicts you've shown actually took place in the Espionage Wars timeline. Considering there's a completely fictional conflict already going on in Syria in this thread and a similar situation was occuring in 2014 when the Ukrainian civil war was starting.

And got it! The wiki timeline was a little short to work with but I will alter to correct!
Ukraine may actually be kind of a grey area. There was a conflict going on there at the time but it was on the other side of the country and wrapped up around the time the actual conflict really kicked off. I think it's open to debate whether that whole situation actually occurred. For Syria, I think it's safe to say that the Syrian civil war didn't happen here, since the AWA and other factions are doing their own thing there already and have been doing for quite some time.
You best stay out of Mississippi, Alabama, Tennessee, and North Carolina! But Welcome to the thread, glad to see some new faces.

All male citizens of Tunguska are required to enlist in the Imperial Guard (I like 40K, sue me) at the age of 18 for at least 3 years. They may go into any of the 5 branches of the Guard: Imperial Infantry, Imperial Waterway Patrol (Tunguska's river-based version of a navy since they're a landlocked country), Imperial Marines (amphibious infantry), Imperial Cavalry (because of their Mongolian lineage, Tunguska refers to all of its armored units as "cavalry"), or Imperial Air Force. Once their term is up, they may re-enlist, go career, or return to civilian life.
Today, the Commonwealth and Tungunska have officially announced a Free Trade and Military Cooperation Agreement between the two nations. Tariff barriers between both countries will be lowered and private companies can now freely invest in them as they see fit, the agreement also ensures freedom of movement of workers, in order to guarantee new job offers as visas are no longer necessary and employee eligibility verifications between the countries are less bureaucratic, this measure was also taken to help increase tourism. As for the Military aspect, both countries will share their technology with one another and provide fiscal benefits to industries willing to work on Military contracts, which also benefits the Xin Syndicate and their entry to the weapon manufacturing business, it also ensures the construction of a Tungunskan FOB in the Platine city of Montecarlo. Rumors have been circling around about a possible formal Defense Pact between the two countries, but nothing confirmed yet. Lucas Abbiati, the Platine president, has happily announced this as another great step for the Commonwealth's development, mostly as an attempt to calm down the political turmoil the country finds itself in, as the capital has now become home to violent political standoffs, and the voting to remove the 3rd Amendment is just 2 days away. Situation is about to get extreme as the Platine 15th Conscript Regiment has been stationed in Corrientes in order to reinforce security even more.

In the picture are two soldiers, one from the Platine 24th Light Infantry Regiment and from the Tungunskan 8th Imperial Rifle Division. Given their country's rather authoritarian policies, the Tungunskans aren't exactly seen with good eyes by many Platines, the far left even accuses them of participating on a coup to estabilish a Fascist government, also going further and saying that they're in the country in order to censor and silence any opposition; some Tungunskan soldiers have already suffered hostilities from the locals upon their arrival in the Commonwealth.
I still need to get the hang of SFM.
Despite SABRE air units being unavailable due to Anti-air installations, SABRE Contractors deployed alongside the Baltian White Army have made minor gains in Kovel but have also suffered minor losses; both in terms of casualties and strategic locations. SABRE aims long term to secure the Railway station and connecting line to ensure better transmission of supplies and contractors, and the elimination of the local KredoBank branch; which appears to be operating as a temporary co-ordination center for Air frames operated by Eastern Legion. SABRE Chief Executive George Haines recently visited SABREs Liverpool Offices to examine progress on the Reverse engineering of FloundCo Battlemasters; Progress has been steady, and the AI within the bipedal weapon functions with only minor flutters in static, code transmission and regulation of motor function. As for the artificial muscle of the limbs, the muscle doesn't appear to show any signs of premature decay or withering, much to the relief of the scientific staff, whom believed muscle degradation would result in combining electronic components with the muscle nerves and artificial plasma. Estimations for field testing have yet to be issued by SABRE executives, or by CEO Haines himself.
I never said anything about building a base on our soil, I said you could build and embassy in our capitol and vice versa. It's to help foreign relations, not for military purposes.
Oh shit, my bad, let me get that off. Done.
Just consult me a little more first before you go moving my units around for me please?
Don't mean to be cunt but that's a bit ironic coming from you.
I know. The irony was overwhelming as I was writing it. I just wanna release a little how-to so people will know how to make my guys look the same in their pictures as they do in mine, since I'm sure some people are confused as to where I'm getting the gear they're wearing from. [T]https://u.pomf.is/rscuib.jpg[/T] Step 1: (if you don't have Bloocobalt's RE6 BSAA guys I suggest you download them before anything) Spawn one of the vests out of the BSAA guys' pack. Also spawn the SMG featured in the pack. [T]https://u.pomf.is/xesftc.jpg[/T] Step 2: Use the bodygroup tool to strip the vests of all gear. Take the SMG and place it in the center of the vest. Use the No-Collide Everything tool on the vest's effect ring, but for the SMG hit the reload key on it, as that will prevent it from falling through the world but make it intangible to physics objects. Weld the SMG to the effect ring. Now you can grab onto the SMG and move the vest like a prop instead of an effect. [T]https://u.pomf.is/yxkvvn.jpg[/T] Step 3: Spawn one of my guys. Remove his helmet but keep one of the chestrig bodygroups on. [T]https://u.pomf.is/dmwxys.jpg[/T] Step 4: Move the vest onto the model so it looks as though he's wearing it. Keep in mind that since the vest isn't attached to the model it'll always be frozen in place and can't flex with the model's body. To compensate for this, only worry about the vest covering the areas of the model's torso the camera can see. I would highly advise that you wait until you've posed your model before placing the vest on it, as welding on the vest and moving the model around can make your life Hell when you realize the angle you want to take your shot from shows his uniform clipping through the vest. [T]https://u.pomf.is/nsnkqa.jpg[/T] Step 5: Find the helmets specifically featured for my soldiers. They should be under "ninja" in the spawnmenu. Spawn the helmet, choose the bodygroup you like, then nocollide the helmet and place it on the model's head. Ta-da! Now your Guardsmen will look proper. As an additional bonus, if you have the Submaterial Tool, dvader2 included some extra textures so you can change the camo pattern of equipment, balaclavas, beanies, etc.
OR you know, could get someone to hack it together.
Bonemerging is really good if you want to save space on bodygroups, Kali bonemerged a lot of the Tbonian gear so bodygroups could exist on the actual models and it's really great.
Bonemerging is really good if you want to save space on bodygroups, Kali bonemerged a lot of the Tbonian gear so bodygroups could exist on the actual models and it's really great.
The AWA bonemerging stuff is a pretty good example too; especially the separate bonemergers for headgear and bodygear.
honestly that's like a real pain in the cunt to do and the things you want added onto your guys that aren't already on them isn't exactly like hard to do stuff. I reckon you should just ask someone to do that for you.
