In comparison, the Merc is a lot less bulky. You can play with this size disparity, and TF2's general propensity for exaggerated poses, to really have some fun.
Here's a quick sketch where I took a TF2 idle pose that came with the Merc model and quickly messed with it a bit. It's not amazing, but it has more "character" to it.

I swear I've seen that clothing set in a Skyrim mod before. Also, I think the bottom one looks better due to the bloom on the top one having a slightly greenish tinge to it which looks a little off with the glow from the fire. Oh, and I see you used those cloud plains you were making in the background, do you have plans to release them at all? They would come in very handy for scenebuilding

I would play with AA if it didn't bring down my FPS on this server to a crawl. As for texture variation, I wish I could find better textures. I was looking for those carved wood panels to put on there but I couldn't find them unfortunately.

It's from the Dragonborn DLC, not a mod. I kind of prefer the bottom one as well, because I felt like the other one had a bit too much contrast going on and also felt like the colors didn't look right.
