Pretty much the same thing in this section. If something reminds people of a particular art style though, it gets an artistic more often than a winner.

IMO, people use artistic if a picture is well made and has a solid concept, but there is still room for improvement. Meanwhile, people use winner if a picture has a splendid attention to detail, and honestly deserves its own thread
