My own view on the fibonacci spiral / golden ratio is that it has more to do with the property of a force itself.
When you have some kind of a force, you have a symmetry arising from it (kind of like Noether's theorem). So anything with a spiral will look pretty because it's a force that is moving away from you. (Imagine a water vortex, or an air spiral

I think another thing about the spiral is it relates to a sideways view at least for human faces. Here's a quick derivation of it on the right.
Top left is a copy of Leonardo's drawing (ignore the letters on his, I was trying to figure out how he did it), bottom is my attempt after I deduced the steps myself on the right. You can basically draw the entire thing by hand.
the solution then is to have an overall dark atmosphere but with something like street lights or car headlights lighting up the important parts.
Well the only faint light source in the scene would be the light in the open garage so I made some adjustments...

They are actually formed on both sides of the wind so it looks almost like an ionic column upside down, or an architectural ornament.

Where'd you get the ground prop with the tire track?
How'd I miss that pic by Synavix??? That looks really sweet. I wouldn't have blurred the background so much though, I think it looks nice just slightly blurred.

I believe that's in TM's SBMP somewhere.

AE broke, so I couldn't stick my filmic crap onto it. (I generally use AE for photo editing, until recently I've had no idea how to use photoshop)
So I started to half-ass towards the end of post. But this is just a little thing. Thoughts would be much appreciated.
And another quick SB. I call this one "Sh, quiet. They're on the roof!"
edit: also first attempt at indoor scenebuilding with softlamps.
