Holy fucking shit that contrast. I'm in love. Only qualm I have is the HL2 citizen head, but I guess that's just what you had at hand.

Don't use that dark blue. Use a lighter blue:

Opposing colors on this wheel are matches.

Very, very nice. Strong colors and contrasts. Fine detailling without being too noisy. If I didn't sleep infront of my monitor like a citizen of Oceania I'd set this as my new WP.

AE broke, so I couldn't stick my filmic crap onto it. (I generally use AE for photo editing, until recently I've had no idea how to use photoshop)
So I started to half-ass towards the end of post. But this is just a little thing. Thoughts would be much appreciated.[/QUOTE]
Again, very good coloring and contrast. I like how it's low-saturated, yet still pops with color and vibrancy. Very delicate yet it played off.

and never use bloom with poster, they're incompatible. it results in "seams" in the bloom effect all over the picture.

It's the wrong blue even for the cop car light bar though. Look at it closely, the texture actually has a blue like that on the wheel.

I often crop and reduce the size of images, it helps to make it look more photorealistic.

I love the idea of a tree growing from within the building and corrupting it from the inside. I think though that it's quite hidden and not very perceivable. Perhaps rotating the building 30-45 degrees clockwise would reveal more of the concept.

Colors and setup work, composition less so IMO. That glowing bright sign to the left for instance is a major distraction from the more important elements in the scene

I had noticed as such after having exported it. I also believe it would have been nicer to have had the church a little further away. Thanks for the intel.

damn, i never noticed that until you mentioned it. thanks for the tip.

yeah, that's one thing I was already planning on fixing. should be as simple as zooming in to get rid of a lot of wasted space around the edges, i think.

For Ivan's WW1 guys.
Only thing i can think to add there is a muzzle flash for the revolver

I would add dust, dirt, flying debris, to create the effect of motion. And a muzzle flash too.
Another pack of shitty images from me.

I found if I added muzzleflash it blended with the sky far to well to be seen, I've tried making the sky less 'white' but I'm fairly limited with GIMP.

Again, if I could I would, but I'm not really experienced enough to add those sort of details without it looking bad.
Here are my two latest ones for Esp Wars.
First one is my first junglescenebuild and second is one attempting to properly use lighting on aperson. I've got a way to go but i'm confident.

No, I wanted to comment on AutismoPig's screenshot he posted earlier, but it's page away now. Your screen looks too good for me to comment.
Little wip texture project I worked on when I was bored.
I'll maybe use it in some posing when I've got time to waste in the future.

Nice to see you're still active, where have you been recently?

I see so much noise in pictures now I'm genuinely starting to wonder if I might be developing cataracts or something.
