AH. Well, you see, HK435 is a bright one and realises the built in filters in his helmet negate the effects of tobacco, meaning he can look all deep and mysterious with no effect on his health. As for the food and drink, he throws the empty bottles and hamburgers at all the starving slave children that go running through Mos Eisley, just to rub it in.

Nothing is wrong with them. Nothing is ever objectively wrong with anything posted here. It's just hard to be sure that it's not exactly what you were going for, if you were going for anything in particular. A lot of people here just stand military themed ragdolls up, put guns in their hands and take pictures with seemingly (again, can't be sure) little to no thought put into them or any story or reason or meaning behind why they are the way they are, they just kind of exist.
In the case of your portrait there, what I mean by all of this is that it's just a picture of a soldier with a totally blank expression standing in front of a blank blue background, looking down the barrel of the lens with his blank wide open eyes. Perhaps that's what you wanted, you created and posted it after all, but it doesn't seem like anything to me. It's not entertaining to look at or think about.

Lighting is top notch
If I had anything to complain about, it's the sharp contrast between the snow and the asphalt. I'd edit that in Photoshop or something, to make it less "blocky" looking.
