Edges of the tank are way too defined and it contrasts badly with how you've tried to apply depth of field to it.
I get that you're going for battle-weary look, but it just looks like they've been rubbing their faces on a hot grill all day.
The uniforms look too clean for the condition their faces are in to make any sense.
Their uniform is dirty as hell though, compare them with [url=http://u.cubeupload.com/HooptyHaupt/poster160401165314.jpg]this[/url] , they both use the same base texture.
Also the face looks like shit because of the color correction and the resizing of the original, they look better there :

The uniforms look exactly the same to me. The only difference I can see is that you made the creases darker.

Thanks, the suit guys are from a "suit citizens pack" Taggart mae at some point, I have them laying around for years, so I don't know if you can still download them. Also, I replaced the facemaps with the FF ones.

These lens flare is pretty good. Unlike the one you used, this is in the particle file which can be a pain in the ass but trust me, there're a lot better than the one you have. Follow the tutorial for guidance.

When you need a lens flare, drag that lens flare onto your image, set it to "screen", position it by scaling, and to change its color simply hold CTRL + U and adjust the HUE. Simpes.
