why do they have the acquila on their chests? they aren't emperor's children for sure [editline]19th May 2016[/editline] or the mark of chaos on it's forehead
They are infiltrating as Ultramarines here. Why wouldn't they wear acquila in post heresy?
how can you infiltrate with a sign in their foreheads that says "HEY I'M CHAOS BUT I'M GOOD LOYAL TO EMPRAH" Nice models tho'
"HEY I'M CHAOS BUT I'M GOOD LOYAL TO EMPRAH"
Alpha Legion logic that is. :P Also they have helmets.
the Alpha Legion goes to great pains to look like the enemy, even copying faces and memories to better blend in however in the case of the pic i think the chaos markings are there only to tell the viewer that something's off [editline]19th May 2016[/editline] otherwise they'd look like regular ultrasmurfs

Excluding the shadow quality on the main subject. Speaking of the main subject is pose is very very very stiff. No one holds a gun like that.
when it became cooler to shoot things rather than break your back in 500 different ways
where do u carry ammo, sir? up your butt?
when it became cooler to shoot things rather than break your back in 500 different ways
At least the armor on the right is far more likely to prevent shrapnel from tearing your ass apart than the armor on the left. Protection and functionality take priority over wearer/operator comfort in battle. That's why the Germans switched to the stahlhelm in World War I because it provided a bit more protection than the boiled leather pickelhaube they had before.
wait what i didnt mean to be against the statement in the photo sorry guys ;-;
About holding guns
BlackSwan is 100% right, its quite a popular way to hold your gun in militaries, especially if you are patrolling or on a long hike. Its quite comfortable and I´m speaking from experience here.
How do you manage so much width out of your lamps?
It's not that much to be honest I placed 6 lights(left,right,front,back,top,bottom) about 25000 units away from the centre and made their FoV 120 or something like that, and gave them the radius of 16384 The sunlight is about 20-30000 units away and it has the FoV of 5 degrees, and a radius of 100 This is all in SFM
