You should've rendered it as a poster 3 and scaled it down to 1080p to get rid of the aliasing on the grass, that would look even better.

see the grass in the bottom and on the right side ? it's the one zupa used in his screenshot, but with that command added to the .vmt . Basically it makes stuff look softer

Practicing ground for a pose, and texture blending, it's proving to be very difficult to replicate real textures

I outputted several textures and grouped them, and applied the entire group onto a texture-less lighting extract. Every texture got its own mask which was created by projecting a texture onto the ground. You can later 'paint' textures with a stroke of the brush at ease giving you complete freedom.

Yeah - you've kept many unwanted smoke/haze from your muzzleflash/tracers source pics around them. Once you've isolated most of them and cut them into different layers, grab the eraser brush with 100% opacity and 0% hardness and just go over the edges again. Right now they are very sharp and visible.
less tracers, shorter tracers, more impact effects
always makes things look so much more dynamic
