I've built the little gothic building I've been practicing on, a ground terrain made out of tiny rocks, and big mountain rocks. I plan to add this to the final prop pack I'm gonna release in the modelling section.

I thought this was a real photo, not joke. Are the textures tile-able? I wana use them with my advanced texturizer, they've got some serious grunge to them

You can then toggle their visibility for increased performance while you work out the rest of the scene. Duplicating that dag group and rotating or moving the members can get you the crowd you want, but it'll be easy to spot the duplicates if you don't use dof to blur 'em out. Also, for better SFM performance while you pose disable progressive refinement unless you need a quick and dirty preview of your final render and disable AO until your final render. Once you've got your scene all set up and good to go reenable all your hidden dags and daggroups, as well as reenabling AO. Don't forget to set the camera overrides to their max in the progressive refinement tab otherwise you'll get shite motion blur and dof sampling.
