Not a lot, that pic was 30 minutes, Get the "Improved stacker tool" on steam or the random stacker tool about which I made a thread about months ago and download that. You can basically with the click of a couple of buttons build that tower.
Decided to do a quick-test of some reskinned stuff (gloves), and it looked kinda... not that good i guess. :v:

Thanks for advice. After i looked for some rangers photos a bit deeper - i see what main problem is.
They're also somewhat shiny, but i guess it's normals problem.

Yupp, they're fully faceposable. Also those are the onces from Assasin's Creed Black Flag, Joe is the author of the models. And i'm pretty sure hes also working on the British onces.

Are those ComradIvan's 43-45 soviets, if so, how did you get them to work? I extracted them into Half-Dead's RO2 redux soviets folder but they still have missing textures, the fix Ivan supplied didn't work either.

Yes, it's ComradeIvan's models...I dont know why you have this problem, i just download them from his thread and put them inside Addons folder...
Btw. Redux soviets i got from Workshop, so...maybe try put them in separate folder
