I don't want to be a dick, but if you are using gmod since 2012, you havent improved a lot in the posing, composition and such.

At least that's how I would do it, though I also need to improve my understanding of lighting.

Also I feel like the lights are a bit too hard (if that's the correct term). Light likes to spread out and fade away the further it gets from the source. Fun fact this was done as a screenshot with in-game effects only (no photoshop). The only thing I did use photoshop for was to crop it, and make it a jpg.
