You definietly have potential, although you should get rid of the grain filter. The muzzleflash is a bit too blurry and pixelated.
As for posing it's not too bad but it could be improved, for example her right (left for the viewer) wrist looks broken. My recommendation is to place the chaingun (or any other heavy weapon) a little bit forward when doing this type of posing.
Oh and that face looks really blank, would've been better if you could've made her grimace as if she's in a combat rage or struggling against the recoil etc.

posing looks alright but you need to light up the rest of the scene as it looks unnatural and artificial. The colours of the lighting in the two different parts of the pose don't go well together as well imo.
