I hate to sound rude but that kinda looks terrible tbh.
Smoothing groups. Look into it. Nobody likes seeing individual faces on supposedly smooth surfaces.
The textures could definitely use some work but the UV mapping at least seems competent. That's a start.
All in all, keep trying, it's a decent start but needs a lot of work.

It's only spam if it's not completely warranted. You posted two low-quality, high-FOV screenshots, one of a blank open field with some trees, and the other of the same thing and a very unconvincing concealment of what looks to be a shoddy attempt at a tank? I'm not even sure what I'm looking at. You could have typed "jpeg_quality 100" into the console to get rid of the artifacting. You could have increased your graphical settings, especially antialiasing, in order to produce a nicer-looking image. You could have zoomed in with the camera tool to lower your FOV and eliminate the distortion. AT THE VERY LEAST you could have shown us the basic courtesy of adjusting the brightness and color levels so you don't get that washed-out, too-dark-to-see-anything look that makes your eyes literally hurt as they try to resolve any sort of detail.
You deserve every dumb rating you got simply because what you did was dumb. Rating other posts dumb just because we're calling you out on stuff isn't helping your case.

Let me illustrate 3 problems with the tank alone, or at least what I can see of it:

1. Are these two rear-positioned sprockets, the teeth of which are on the [I]outside[/I] of your armor skirting [I]and[/I] on the ground? Do you understand how this can't work? Do you know how dumb this looks?
2. Are your skirts really so close to your road wheels that they're clipping into one another? Why would you even do this? You need a gap between your road wheels and any additional armor in order to
3. Either clip it or use more props to fill space without these dumb flaps of armor just hanging there. You know that the second you'd go over a bump, something like that would dig into the ground and either stop the tank dead, warp/break something structural, or both, right?
Please put some effort into your builds. Think about how it would work in real life. Think about the purpose of the parts you're incorporating, because, from what you've shown, it doesn't appear you know what some of these elements are supposed to actually do. So much of what you've done here is so fundamentally wrong it's infuriating. What's worse, you got defensive when you got a load of dumb ratings, as though you can't see your missteps. So there, I made sure you [I]do[/I] see where you went wrong; now you know what you need to fix.
Don't get upset. Don't get defensive again. Don't think I'm being overly hostile. Don't think we don't want to see your content just because it's yours. Just do better next time. [I]Please.[/I]

The tank is built for 100% function not looks. I was showing the camo, and how well it worked.

Well since you point out about stuff that should work if gmod had realistic physics you should also point out the lack of tracks

1991 Lamborghini Diablo VT, 322 props, AWD (the VT was the first AWD Lamborghini to be made) 3.0L ACF V12. Fast, responsive but as soon as the back end steps out you'll wish it didn't.

Still nowhere near finished on this, needs the OEM wheels to be made, glass, some carbon fibre aero parts to be added as well as a chassis. Managed to get all 3 passenger seats sitting inside the cockpit without any PlayerModels clipping which was nice I guess. 294 props so far, don't really expect it to get over around 320 at this rate.

You've very clearly taken certain aspects of modern real-world tank design in to account. You haven't boiled down the design to its most core function, because that would be [I]stupid[/I]. You'd be left with a baseplate and a floating cannon.
Explain the use of tank-like road wheel props, a more-or-less proportional compartmentalized design, and a separate turret. A "tank" in gmod built 100% for function would be free of these things if the objective was to maximize internal volume, minimize weight, and put preference on firepower and mobility. Instead, what you have is a crude effigy of a tank; something that, while at a glance might pass as a generic MBT, instantly falls apart as a half-assed effort given any level of scrutiny. Even if you had in fact put any amount of time at all into this past spawning a plate and pasting a few E2s onto it, it comes across as a pathetic-looking green... [I]shape[/I] in a treeline. It looks like shit, and it's only because you didn't try to make it [I]not[/I] look like shit. Posting stuff like this alongside these beautiful renders of cars and planes isn't so bad, but the accompanying attitude you're presenting is what's the issue. How you can be so blind to how bad this is making you look as a builder on this forum and in this community is beyond me.
Let's get something out of the way: [I]nobody gives a single shit how many bushes you can parent to an indiscriminate pile of green props with a gun sticking out of it.[/I] It makes no fucking difference; anyone can do it. LITERALLY anyone active in this thread could probably do what you seem to be so proud of doing.

While I can't explain how they work and how to use them, people mainly use them when regular props wouldn't work terribly well or don't fit the shape needed. (Example: Turning a half sphere prop into a rounded cone)

theres no "magic" about holograms,the reason why holograms is used in buildings just because normal props you cant change the scale or stretch it.
