No, it has to do with people perhaps not knowing how to visclip. This is mostly caused by shallow or exsessive clipping which causes flashing or glitches from a distance or moving. When doing shallow clips. Always use a prop in between the 2 plates and clip off that. Flashing clips will always kinda happen but using the method I just said will help.

So going on [MG] literally breaks my game, so I decided to pay a visit to GGG and FRS.
The people on both servers are pretty chill to me all things considered, so I had some fun. Also got some motivation to work on one of my retard-armored cancertanks.
Still needs detail work, but it's pretty effective in combat and I'm happy with how it performs.

2008 Mitsubishi Lancer Evolution 10. 339 props, 62 Holograms. I'm sorry about the lack of any real screenshots, a capacitor blew in my MOBO and ultimately killed the PCI-E Bus and killed the GPU, so time for a costly upgrade. These screenshots were taken literally hours before this happened. Still need to do more sound work and handling improvements, but it's otherwise done for now. (This will probably be on hold for a few weeks until I install new parts)

Any tips for friction gearboxes on prop engine vehicles? This will be my testbed for that, as I'm tired of using applytorque transmissions. They eat up all the horsepower.

I like building small and compact medium tanks, making effective tanks small requires a good efficient layout.
SWD2650 IFV
The E2 is stil a WIP it sets up the HUD automatic based on the ammo types linked to the weapons, it supports balistics support for all the ammo types and has fire control while scoped in.
I stil need to add the fire control for guided missiles supporting TV, top attack, team mates being capable of guiding it out side LOS, using the cam on a missile for spotting and ofc just direct attack.

Yes but I said C1 since Canada used it on their C1 and C2s quite alot when they where waiting for their tanks to be switched to Leopard 2. Also being since that is a leopard C1 with mexas armor, the name is actually C1 MEXAS

So this isn't exactly a GMod contraption, but seeing as it's created for people like you guys I thought I might as well post it here. Made a small section of road as a concept for a (possibly near?) future rally map I want to create. A fast-paced road through a dense forest. Imagine gm_forestrally, but far less "holy shit these bumps are making my car do barrel rolls" and more smooth, on-road go-fast.

I need some suggestions though, mainly regarding optimization. I don't want the map to be fully open to prevent people from getting shit FPS, so what can I have behind the treeline to naturally "end" the map and block off shit behind it. I'm thinking a steep hill far behind the trees or something, somewhat like forestrally but more gradual?
