Enhanced Audio Resources is a soundmod that I put together that collectively replaces over 1,400 sound files in hl2_sound_misc_dir.vpk.
I thought you guys would find this interesting as this is one of the most niche communities in Garry's Mod and for the fact we play gmod more frequently than they make new Spiderman franchises.

While I really and seriously do appreciate what you're trying to do here, I'd like to point out a few of the sounds that I think need a bit of improvement imo (Note: I'm going to go on a "by video" basis):
Body Phys:
There's a serious and notable delay on those bodies' impact sounds after hitting the ground. I don't know if this is a recording/editing thing but it's quite annoying. Otherwise the sound is fine though.
Cardboard Phys:
Most of the sounds here are good, if albeit a bit soggy sounding (Mmmm dat soggy cardboard). Only major thing seems to be at like 13 & 15 seconds in, where those collision sounds are a bit lengthy/seem to imply way more damage and ripping to the boxes than is really happening.
Concrete Phys:
I don't know why but the sounds of the cinderblock remind me a lot of like someone flicking a ceramic bowl. Also, in general the impact sounds for those blocks are a little bit underwhelming, sounding like they were dropped from half a centimeter rather than being chucked across the room although that might be more of an issue with how many sound types you have to work with (not having sep. soft and hard impacts for concrete perhaps?). Sliding sound is on point.
Small(er) rocks:
Fairly good. No major issues here.
Boulder:
Drum set simulator.
Wood box/furniture:
Knocking over sound like first demonstrated on the shelf unit sounds like you're dropping a solid heavy box or an engine block or something. Definitely not what I'd expect from a box/furniture piece falling over. Wood solid felt really light. Everything else was ok.
Metals:
Holy crap canister was pretty good. Same with metal barrel. Honestly most of it was good but computer probably shouldn't have glass sounds in there (yes I know the original did). Weapon did feel a tad bit clicky though.
Vehicles:
Scout car acceleration is way too distinct such that it gets annoying and spammy really fast. Mounted gun is problematic as well and sounds like a chineese knockoff tesla cannon. Airboat and related gun are ok.
Weapons:
Here's the big one.
- Crowbar impact sounds remind me of clicking a dog clicker while trying to muffle it. Very annoying very fast.
- Gravgun: yikes. That's all I can say.
- Physgun: Freezing sound is uber annoying.
- Pistol: There's something about it that makes it feel disconnected from the gun. Also, mag insert feels really really mechanical with the metal scraping.
- 357: Sounds like it's firing blanks or is empty and is distinctly missing the feeling of "FUCK YOU I'm A 357 MAGNUM."
- SMG: Something missing from it that makes it seem like the gunshot sounds are coming from somewhere else. I think it's the sharp initial bang part of the shot.
- AR2: Still a slight slight amount of the SMG's problem but not nearly as bad.
- Shotgun: Similar to AR2. Much better sound-to-gun connect but still not quite there.
- Crossbow: Weird but serviceable.
- Grenade: Again with the disconnect. Feels like the sound is coming from another location.
- All other explosions: See Grenade.
- Toolgun: I legit thought my parakeet started screeching at me when the end of the fire sound played. Feels too ~alien blaster~ to me.
Player:
- Footsteps too distinct, feels spammy and annoying quickly. Sand steps are okay though.
- Hud Scrolling: Too distinct and doesn't play well with the spammy nature of the scroll noise.
Everything else was fine.
Hope this wasn't too ranty, as I just got home from work and am uber tired. A lot of your sounds are good man and I think this could definitely go somewhere but the ones I pointed out stick out like a sore thumb to me.

yeah I agree some of it still needs some work, and I some sounds appear a bit disconnected from the source because
sometimes (atleast for me) when you import footage to Vegas it decides scramble the tracks, I tried my best in post to re-align them.
I'm going to work on this more for sure, but from my experience so far with making this I've learned that good sounds can be hard to find.

Most likely by E2, trains don't work well with ACF.

Does anyone know if there is a way to not have to make separate wirelinks for like 20 objects I am changing the material on? I feel like there should just be a way to link as many as needed and then actions can be performed on them as they're stored in a table or something.

the back looks pretty abysmal compared to the front tho. Maybe that has to do with the fact that the back of the car has stayed relatively untouched since the early nineties, while the front has been facelifted.
EDIT: forgot to check "set weight" for parenting and it actually handles better with 8 tons of parented props.... weird.
