Alright. So the weirdest shit I've ever seen in the past 11 years of gmod happened today; I somehow have someone elses tank. Here's the rundown: I joined GGG vlad, changed the map to some rando one. No one was there with me except Danny1828. Worked on a tank of mine, saved it, and we changed to a new map. Danny had no contraptions out. Load up my tank that I just saved, and it's [i]a dupe of some fucker's leopard 1[/i] HOW THE FUCK DID I GET IT It's not a mistaken area select either, because parts of MY tank would be in it. Let me guess, the person accusing me is Kesper/VSonyPower? Yeah clearly I stole it, that's why I'm asking whos it is :rolleyes: My theory is that I duped and saved some guy's tan tank on accident (mine is the same color) with haste, and then later started saving my tank into the wrong folder, but I can't find where my saved copies were going. I mindlessly save every few minutes, so it could've happened. I'm up to 115 saves on that pubbo mbt so far.

I had to redo all of its constraints twice, only to find out adding more weld latches would turn all of it to jello. I have no idea why, but the gearboxes were also turning it all to slag. This is why you should never weld or parent a differential to an axle that wheels are attached to, such as solid axle suspension. Usually turns the wheel constraints to custard

It's dumb because anyone who steals it will be immediately found out if they ever use it, or in kardel's tank's case, fucking owned by his antidupe. I've never really cared about my stuff being stolen because I pretty much have released everything I use in them.

...on the subject of 'things not cars or tanks', any chance we could get some standard gauge rail lines stuffed into the next revision of gm_carcon? My latest Gmod squeeze has been an 0-6-0 steam locomotive and that's not something readily testable on Cre8ive. Or, for me, in single player, as I lack the CPU power to pull a train with it. And getting onto the good trainbuild servers is a literal manner of waiting in a two day queue on weekends.

I can run a train map on one of my servers if you like, hit me up on steam.
