...to inform you that Tacticus Solutions CEO Catherine Homestead has succumbed to her injuries sustained in today's attack. We will bring you further details as we receive them..

The loss of Catherine Homestead has shocked the Tbonian nation, in what can only be described as a cold blooded homicide perpetrated by Islamist extremists.
To the Smokkelaars in Ash Shaddadi the death of Tacitus Solutions' CEO means little to them, except for what it might bring down upon those in the region; their own brutal actions against the local population largely overshadowing the death of a single CEO, at least in the local area. With debts incurred by the purchase of narcotics, specifically Heroin, by the local populace unpaid, the Alliansie happily resorts to beatings, murders and repossesion of furniture and family heirlooms. The worst beatings occur on ethnic minorities within Ash Shaddadi, specifically those not practicing the same brand of Islam that the AWA prefers. Nevertheless, these minorities remain in Ash Shaddadi for fear of falling foul to the AWA's more repressive actions against them, the Alliansie capitalising on this desperation in full.

With Ash Shaddadi fully prepared in terms of fortification and defenses, both within and without the city, for any situation, most Allianise members feel completely secure in their city, relaxing in the relative safety of a militarized oasis consisting of AWA members, Alliansie personnel and dozens of civilians, the last category of which serves as both human-shields and, essentially, slaves for the predominant armed forces within the city.
Hey guys. Been thinking of joining in for a while now, but the problem is that i can't skin or hack for shit.
I tried to cook up a extremely simple reskin of some Deus Ex Belltower RP server hack i found on the workshop, but unsurprisingly ended up having no fucking idea what i was doing.
If someone who has the skills could spare some time to reskin and hex those models for me i'd be grateful, but i'm pretty sure i'll settle for someone just hitting me up with a completely idiot-proof tutorial for now.
I could try it, where is the link of the models?
Alright, here you go.
The .rar includes the original models and my faction's logo that i want to replace the original logos with.
It's nothing fancy, i honestly could have probably pulled it off myself but i couldn't find the VTFs for the armor so i wasn't able to replace the patches on their shoulder pads, so i decided to give up and find help.
also hexing seems like a giant pain in the ass
Update:hold up, i actually found those VTFs after all so i'm going to give reskinning and possibly hexing them a shot now
wish me luck
The Commonwealth has already stated in the past that they were willing to accept refugees who come to the country seeking asylum, such thing has been increasing lately given the recent events. Several refugees have been arriving in the country, while more recently there are Slavs fleeing Tunguska as the Commonwealth seems to be for now their best alternative, the vast majority of them are still Middle Easterns, especially Syrians, although the Platines have already stated they'll keep their open doors policy going. The country's people have a mixed opinion on the refugees, most seem indiferent to them, while others are actually quite friendly, volunteers been helping them out after their arrival in the country. A good number of refugees stays in the port cities, thanks to the commercial activity in those areas, but most make their way to the most urbanized areas, including the capital, Corrientes.

A Platine soldier watches over the exit of a port after refugees go through their inspection. Most refugees go through a document and health inspection before actually entering the country.
In other affairs, the Commonwealth exports and foreign trade has been increasing, the country's commercial balance shows great expectations so far. They are still interested however in expanding their exports of industrialized goods, such as heavy machinery, cars, computer, smartphones and so on, which are actually known to have a rather good quality, to other regions, such as Africa, Europe and even some of their neighbours in South America with whom they haven't have had much commercial contact.

June 2th 2016
Its been 36 days since i have been arrested for the terrorist attack in Baltia I am the only one from the group who survived. The attack that killed hundreds of people and started war that just ended yesterday killing many more people both my country men and Baltians. Yesterday prison Warden came in with the news: " Soldat Boris Balenko of Eastern Legion, The final verdict from court Came in Tomorrow on afternoon of June 3th you are going to be executed by Blood Eagle. But you also have right for contacting your family and last meal request. Today the orthodoxpriest will come and give your last rites to you." Well, i wasn't surprised to hear that i am going to get executed accually i was looking forward for it. I just can't bear this guilt over lives i took away. no matter if it was order or not. Later few hours later two guards came in one of them was named Tomas nice guy and all we usually used to chat as we both are soldiers we understand each other. Well they brought me a laptop and set up a online call with my family. Later on i also got my last meal Holubtsi and borsch that reminded me of home ,Ironicly same cuisine the Baltians eat. Well we are not so diffrent after all. Well this is my last log page i ever will write and i have no idea how to end it. So who ever reads this, i warn you to wont repeat my mistakes that were accepting orders that are killing countless of innocent souls.

On June 3th Boris Balenko was escorted from his cell and loaded to the truck heading to his place of execution where he is going to be executed by Blood Eagle.

Last thoughts of Soldat Balenko
Well, i am here the place where i die the exact place were we killed grand chancellor. I see in far back hundreds of Baltians shouting at me. Guard unloaded me from the truck and took of my handcuff and lead me to the stage. they Put me on my knees and tied my hands to the poles on each side. I don't feel any fear right now, well at least my ashes will be transported back home. The man with hatched came in, first he took a needle and injected me with something they said so to ease my pain a bit. Well this is the end for me now this will end my suffering from the guilt i can't bear and i am ready to accept death.

The executioner cut open the shirt and top covering upper body of Boris before he was ready to perform the blood eagle. Ten process took for about few minutes and after 5-10 minutes later he was confirmed dead. The Baltian People wanted justice by blood and they got what they wanted many Baltian officials disliked this judgement as it is inhumane. Later his body was taken for cremation and his ashes have been sent to his family in New Ukraine. People now remember this event as "Bloody Vengeance of Baltia". The current most brutal execution ever occurred in GDB history
That method of execution..
That's where they cut you open and pull your lungs out through your back, right?
Yup, thats right. The Blood Eagle ancient execution method used by vikings. probably most accurate scene i ever seen portrayed of this execution on Show/film is scene from HBO's Vikings.
Baltia doesn't fuck around. Original, but it seems maybe too barbaric for a modern European nation, though.

SABRE has resumed simple operations and replenishment of its operators in Baltia, maintaining an active support staff in its main facility in Baltia, however; the aging Soviet bunker has begun to show signs of decay, forcing some temporary solutions and ingenuity to solve the structural issues. SABRE operators in the region are also being diminished in number, and being dispatched to assignments in Cyprus, France, Germany and Ghana, and an additional number of staff put in to support roles due to the facilities decaying structural stability and the risk of total structural failure in areas near bodies of water.

Despite these minor setbacks, SABRE has experienced significant profit margins in the last quarter, and continues to make a sizable profit, even when deducting maintenance costs for its sizable fleet of vehicles, arsenal of weaponry and variety of combat and civil equipment, its recent investments in the Platine Commonwealth is producing interesting results, whilst its investments in Cyprus have proved valuable; though the most profitable areas of operation have been France and the United Kingdom, accredited to SABRE's financial branch.
News has just broke out that the IAB convoy transporting the captured PPF sailors has been attacked by what was initially believed to be rebel militants but has now been confirmed to have been PPF Special Forces. The convoy came under attack sometime yesterday evening and suffered heavy causalities alongside loosing 3 of the four captured PPF sailors. Before the Boliverian reinforcements could arrive the attackers had already fled and are believed to have crossed the border back into Panama.

In response to the quote "Unprecedented attacks on Boliverian soil by Panama" Boliverian President Juan Boliver announced that Boliveria has officially declared war on Panama. Many speculate that this among all the previous bad blood between the two countries that a Boliverian annexation of Panama is inevitable.

We are receiving reports that the sovereign nation of Boliveria has been attacked by the forces of Panama, Tbonian Military personnel stationed at Joint Base Sugarcane in Boliveria have been deployed to counter attack Panama on their soil. Tbonian and Boliverian High Command have dubbed the operation as 'Operation Sweeping Condor'.

The Boliverian invasion of Panama officially began early this morning. With the first Boliverian and Tbonian troops moving across the border sometime around 5am.
This is the largest Military operation (dubbed Operation Sweeping Condor) in Boliverian history with a estimated 50, 000 military and civilian personnel involved, it even dwarfs the countries involvement in the war in the Pacific in the second world war.

During President Boliver's public address he claimed that the invasion was "Justified" and that "With several hundred Boliverian and Tbonian immigrants residing in Panama it is in the Boliverian and Tbonian people's best interest and assured safety that after this recent escalation of aggression that Panama ceases to be a independent nation."
Questions also arose about how Boliveria would potentially handle ownership of the Panama canal, Boliver exclaimed that "Under Boliverian ownership the Panama Canal will still remain neutral, as a sign of goodwill to our American allies."
Your dedication to every picture is really remarkable
So, what, the whole of Panama's going to be taken over?
Or is it just going to be a whacking great chunk of Panama?
That's the goal (The former) at the least just past the canal but then it won't have a capital or the canal so it'll be even more irrelevant than it already is.
That's the goal (The former)
I'm gonna have to think about getting in to some of the South American nations before they disappear then.
Don't worry it's just Panama Boliveria has it's sights set on, and those big meany heads started it!
[sp]At-least that's the only country so far...[/sp]
I hate to pop in when I'm not part of this, but Panama hasn't had a military since 1989
Let's just say that this thread isn't entirely realistic when it comes to geo-politics and armed forces.
I hate to pop in when I'm not part of this, but Panama hasn't had a military since 1989
Yeah we're not fighting the Panamanian military we're fighting the Panamanian Public Forces.
At camp Sandgrain in Boliveria, Boliverian veterans have been training up Karaq's first volunteer army.

Still not fully trained, they will be deployed with Boliverian Veterans to aid and instruct on the battlefield.
