Alright so, some of you may be wondering why Volf was given the boot, so i'm here to explain why. I do wanna first say those heart ratings he's getting are entirely undeserved, but that's just my opinion I suppose. To make this very short: He was given the boot for the exact same reason he was booted last time. He was being a manipulative, abusive user who berated people over steam and through PMs. To give you an example of what he did, here's a chatlog I was sent. [/quote] This was in response to a cool picture Volf was sent by the guy that he immediately brushed off with disdain. This isn't all though, he got seriously angry at PeixeSerra when he wanted to join the Central Pact with Jenkins, Tbone, and Nub (which would break the Tunguska/Commonwealth alliance) which really just shows how manipulative he is. He tried to get third party factions to attack other people, and got mad at them when they wouldn't do what he told them to do. He constantly harassed Tbone to the point of insanity because he really really wanted to fight them despite Tbone telling him a million times he didn't want to fight, even though there were a ton of new guys who came in who were looking for wars to fight in. He made Laggies lose motivation because of all these big plans he had which never came to fruition. He constantly talked smack behind all our backs about us and bitched and moaned about us GMs because we thought his plans were absolutely absurd and illogical, which I find funny because he said he'd stop doing this but oops I guess he didn't. Simply put: He is not the user we want in this thread. The reason you didn't see much of this here is because he did it all behind the scenes, he didn't want to show his true colors here again after knowing what happened when he did the last time. He's just as rotten as he was, and hasn't changed at all. You people wanted him back because you thought he changed. Well i'm sorry to say, but he hasn't changed one bit, infact he's probably gotten even worse. He's gone for good, he's never coming back. Toxic assholes like him are not welcome here.

I think we run on a slightly accelerated time system anyway. As long as you're announcing "hey guys we're building a carrier" ahead of using it and not just pulling it out of your ass overnight, that's fine.

Floater nailed it in one. There's nothing wrong with a faction such as a nation having an aircraft carrier just so long as they don't suddenly have it unannounced and using it to invade someone half-way across the world without ever mentioning it before. You could always put that they were refurbished or purchased from scrappage.

Neither of you have to change models, if it becomes that big a deal then just modify them so they're unique from one another.

Sorry, didn't mean to imply the "I did it first so no one else can" mentality, I just wanted to point out that it dosent really matter, as both of us use them for entirely different things, for you it is combat troops, for me it is using them in 1 city in Syria, and I've put my faction logo on them so they stand out.
