Updated the map yet again. This time I added major conflict zones. Since none of these major conflicts have any names at the moment, I'm just naming them after where they are taking place. Hopefully I didn't miss anyone on here, I think it's important to know who is where.

Cheers Rusty.
This might amaze you but people *do* have a life outside of Espionage Wars and can't always pose something instantly
I know right, how dare they!
Rusty, the WLA already pulled out of Syria
Oh ok then. In that case I hope nobody minds if I somehow end up with all of the US Navy's aircraft carriers and then fly them into space for some reason because the line has been crossed, there's no going back now.
Don't be so melodramatic. I partially agree with both you and Tbone, but Rick is right.
I'm a strong advocate of realism here, and I'll often be the first to point out things that make no sense, but I think when it comes to vehicles and equipment we're seriously restricted by what models are available. It would make sense for people to use cheaper, older, and generally more common fighters and bombers like the F-16, F-18, Eurofighter Typhoon, MiG-29, etc, but a lot of those just aren't available for Garry's Mod. If there's none of those available but there are F-22s, it's very counterproductive to stop people from using them.
If it really needs a logical explanation, we are supposedly five minutes into the future. Maybe by now Lockheed Martin are offering export variants of the Raptor?
The B-36 is an odd one, though. I've always been seriously irked by people using stuff that was only produced in small numbers or never left prototype status, but if the models are there, I won't refute it. Only problem with the B-36 is, there are no models. It's not entirely unlikely that they'd be able to find the plans or reverse engineer one, but it would be fairly pointless given how old and obsolete that design is.
EDIT:
I forgot the B-36 wasn't a prototype, but my point about it being hilariously outdated and obsolete still stands. There are more recent obsolete bombers you could get much more use out of.
And I wouldn't be so certain Gecko has the biggest air transport fleet. The Moscow airlift wasn't exactly a small affair, and that wasn't even everything.
Sparrow Corporation have enlisted local militia fighters who are against the AWA and the Alliansie, these Militia fighters have been sick and tired of the AWA's control and the Alliansie's killing of their people. John Palasky visited a village and was greeted by The Village Leader who has prepared a statement for the AWA and the Smokkelaars,
Village Leader (in Arabic): Syria was once a peaceful nation where we greeted foreigners from other lands to see what our country has to offer them, However the AWA has broken this Peaceful country by attacking and killing our innocent brothers and taken over our cities and the Smokkelaars Alliansie have Plagued our lands with their extortion of our people and their black market wares. We have join this fight with the Sparrow Corporation to rid these Fake believers of Allah and will restore peace in this country! Allahu Akbar!
I can't believe i just said Allahu Akbar in a thread. but. jokes aside. does the AWA have 100% support in Syria.
Good luck getting air drops in past the BUK and ZU-23s in Ash Shaddadi.

This. It's a simple solution to the model restriction.
I see it this way; if it's reasonable jump from reality, say, a faction using a, AH-56, modified from original scrapped blueprints or some fairly believable backstory, then I'd reckon it's fair enough.
Just to let people know; I'm planning on starting a new Faction, since the PMC things worn down, and isn't that appealing to me anymore. So, until then; I'll be inactive on the thread and such.

I'm still strongly opposed to people using prototype stuff like that, but if the models are available and you at least make an attempt to come up with a feasible reason then I'm not going to stop you.
Due to being a little shorthanded on staff we've decided and voted to put Rick as another GM because I personally feel he's the best candidate as he mostly seems to have the threads interests at heart, so feel free to ask him any questions or queries you may have.
Rusty, the WLA already pulled out of Syria
No,i think they´re running aerial bombing missions against the AWA.
Edit:Look in page 11,he says he´s making bombings agaisnt strategic AWA targets:"Today the WLA has expressed his demay for the terrorist attacks.`The terrorist threat must to be eliminated, and the only way to do it is together.´ Were the words that the director said. He reported that they'll send J-7 fighters to bombard the AWA's refineries, oil silos or power plants to weaken their source of resources..."
No I was the one running an airstrike campaign against them
Edit: He said just on Page 11 that he was doing it, as far as showing it he hasn't done anything in any of the following pages about it.
And I shot down one of his planes, captured one of his guys, promptly lost that guy and then got bogged down in Ash Shaddadi.

1. Faction Name: People's Communist Republic of Congo
2. Faction Alignment: Neutral Good
3. Faction Leader: President Adrien Roberto
People's Communist Republic of Congo or PCRC is a communist faction ruled by President Adrien Roberto, who is the second president of the country. PCRC recieved It's independence in 1995 and since then It have become a well armed and a rich country of resources.
The country still have problems with militia/rebel groups in the area that seeks nothing but death to the PCRC and It's people. Story is still pretty WIP, so yea..

As there's been some recent confusion about what aspects of realism we adhere to in Espionage Wars, I've written up some guidelines regarding level of realism we're aiming for. It's less than brief, but it should clear some things up.
Technology:
The level of technology in Espionage Wars can be described as "twenty minutes into the future". Whilst present-day military technology is still present and relevant, elements of science-fiction are allowed to give your factions a slight edge and to bring variety to potentially mundane battlefields.
The original definition of the level of technology allowed was "Call Of Duty: Advanced Warfare-esque", and that still stands. To clarify on what kind of technology this entails, here is a brief list of technology that is both allowed and used within Espionage Wars already.
Cloning, Synthetic humanoids, Androids, Mecha (Although, giant mecha are still governed by the superweapons rule.), Anti-gravity technology (AKA, vehicles that can hover.), Exo-suits, Railguns. If you're uncertain about something, don't be afraid to ask.
Being as this is only the near future, much of this technology is still likely to be imperfect. Whilst it may offer a strategic edge, unproven and new technology can be unreliable at times.
Whilst well-funded private military companies and powerful nations may be able to develop advanced technology, rag-tag militias and rebel groups are unlikely to field anything too impressive unless purchased or obtained from those with the means to produce it.

NPC-Player Relations:
Overall, in-depth relations between player factions and NPC factions are judged on a case-by-case basis depending on the situation and the factions in question.
Specifically regarding trade and the sales of military technology: In the world of Espionage Wars, real-world nations may be in a position where they are offering production licenses or export variants of some of their otherwise exclusive military technology. But, a country such as the USA is unlikely to conduct any such business with Islamic militants or Eastern European communists. It is entirely dependent on which factions are involved, and will be judged by the GMs and OP.

Basic Logistics:
If you decide to conduct any sizeable military operation far from your faction's headquarters or home turf, you need to take into account the basic logistics involved in fighting a war so far from home.
An air force, navy, or even just a reasonable collection of aircraft and boats are required to supply and reinforce your troops far from home. You cannot just have significant numbers of your troops appear in a faraway conflict zone with no obvious means of resupply, reinforcement, or even just getting there in the first place. You can, however, enlist the help of other factions who may have these types of resources.
This is just a basic set of guidelines to cover the more commonly discussed elements of reality. Anything that falls outside of these guidelines we'll be more than happy to adress.
As it isn't exactly related to the rules, this will be getting its own page on the wiki in the coming days and a link will be going in the OP.
Greetings ladies and gentlemen, I am Arthur Lee, CEO and founder of Gecko Heavy Industries. Today at GHI, we are proud to give you a exclusive into our newest
vehicle developed in partnership with ZiL: The GHI/Zil-3901.Also known as the punisher, it is one of the most advanced MRAP vehicles ever made. She can seat 4 comfortably
or 6 during wartime and has a position for a gunner inside to control a Remote weapon system and exterior cameras. She is protected by 3 layers of armor, allowing her to
take multiple RPG and IED hits and keep going under her own power. Lets head inside to see what she can offer.

So, now that we are inside, you can see that the interior is quite large. Where i'm sitting is where the driver would sit, Behind me to my right is the Gunner's seat,
and the rest of the seats are for 3-4 passengers. The Punisher is powered by a Diesel and has a 4x4 drive, allowing her excellent off road capability. On road, she can hit 80
kilometers per hour and can make about 50 kmh off road, depending on terrain. Right, i'm going to head over to the gunners position.

Right, This is the gunners position, my apologies, I forgot to mention the doors here also open up to serve as a foot step due to the height clearence. But back to the point,
the gunner would be situated here, the turret above us has full 360 degree rotation with infrared, night vision equipped. This model is equipped with a M2 Browning machine gun, but
we do offer different options. From this position, the Gunner can also access the three perimeter cameras mounted around the vehicle, which display the surroundings and give the
combatants inside the vehicle valuable tactical knowledge. I'm gonna hop out of the seat now.

So there you guys have it. An In-depth tour of the newest vehicle rolling off our production lines. The punisher will be a excellent choice to have in your inventory. Fast, Reliable, and Very cost effective.
The Tbonian People's Air Force recommenced their air campaign against AWA and Alliansie, however they have shifted their crosshairs to the one thing that keeps war machines moving: oil.

Al-Hasakah has been taking the brunt of the beating, since there is no threat to TPAF aircraft and its relatively large oil reserves. It's also an area that is clear of any other faction air traffic which means there is no chance of cluttering the flightpath.
Most bombings have a quick response time from AWA, arriving almost instantly to douse and cap the oil fires.

However some in the open and away from city centers have taken a bit longer to cap, letting hundreds of gallons of oil burn every moment they remain ablaze.
