Just a FYI about the whole Bosnia thing. It's been cleared up between ussr68 and some of the GMs. If someone misunderstood, there's nothing stoping people from attacking NPC factions, just use some logic and if you are unsure feel free to ask any of the GMs for help or advice, you don't have to consult every attack you do, just have a moment to think about the consquences that might follow. However if any factions wants to do significant deals with NPC factions, take it up with the GMs. Rule 7 still applies, no exceptions.
