Introducing: The United Defense Alliance, also known as Tahaluf Alddifae Almuttahida, or TAA for short. This group is an independent group based mainly in Saudi Arabia and Afghanistan but they also have presence in Oman, Kuwait , Egypt, the UAE, and many other middle eastern countries. They formed after the conflict erupted in the world, and their goals are mainly to keep peace in middle eastern countries, and stop the spread of socialism. They are heavily funded by Iranian and Saudi oil magnates, who, in agreement for protection of their oil, give the TAA supplies and money. They also receive much of their supplies from Russian and China, such as weapons, tanks, planes, and munitions.

A normal TAA footsoldier.
This group is inspired by CSAT from Arma 3.
The models I am using are temporary until I can get some custom models to use.
And yes, this is also inspired by the group that I used on my second profile. I really liked the concept, but changed some things up to keep it original.
Just an FYI, but the Saudis and Iranians really really hate eachother. They'd never do anything together, like fund a PMC.
It looks nice but yeah you should revise that bit since as FT said the Saudis and Iranians really want to skullfuck each other.
~Snip~
After studying relations between the two countries in depth, I say you have to choose a country. You can't be both, as the animosity between the two countries runs way deeper than just location.
Since your faction objective is to stop the spread of socialism, I suggest you side with the Saudis.
You should make it one of those countries then, because it will be a cold day in hell when Iran and Saudi Arabia are tolerating each other.
edit: eat a dingle FT you are STEALING MY INPUT
Since the fighting began, Tunguska City has fallen into a state of disrepair. Most of the sanitation and maintenance workers are either dead, hiding, fled the country, or thrown in with one of the various camps fighting for control of Tunguska. With the death of their Khan, fighting has all but stopped (in Tunguska City at least). Now, almost two weeks later, the city looks like something out of an apocalypse movie. Rubble and garbage lie strewn throughout the streets. Giant snow drifts have accumulated everywhere, making travel by vehicle extremely difficult. The intensity of the fighting meant that retrieval of the bodies was not a top priority. Corpses lie where they fell in the snow. Only now are they finally dug out of the carnage so they can be properly identified and returned to their families. Also of concern is unexploded munitions that could still litter the city. The task of finding and disposing of these hazards falls to the Tunguskans and the Baltian peacekeepers stationed in the city.

To fill the void left by the Khan's death, it is decided that in the interim period until a new government can be established, a council of the empire's most distinguished military leaders will meet in an old observation bunker just on the outskirts of Tunguska City. The session quickly becomes heated, as many of the council members disagree on how to proceed when establishing a new system of government. Many wish to see a new Khan seated on the throne, while others want to do away with the monarchy entirely and opt for something more democratic. By the end of the meeting, the two strongest voices to be heard were those of the socialist and imperialist camps. Many feel that the best way for Tunguska to survive would be to become a socialist republic like its neighbors, while others feel that Tunguska can only be held together with an iron fist by one man. No mention was ever made of the labor camps in the east.
I'd say that counts as controlling NPC factions somewhat.
Private individuals from the region could be funding you, but you can't have official government support/funding.
There we go, I chose the Saudis, they have a lot more money.

Reminds me of when AWA took a bunch of Israeli soldiers hostage then expected Turkey to pay the ransom money for them.
Let's continue to forget that ever happened...shhhhh
TAA currently has heavy presence in Saudi Arabia, Oman, and the UAE, meaning we control most of the Arabian peninsula. Our HQ is in Saudi Arabia. We also have presence in Afghanistan, and Egypt, but right now, our main goal is to move towards Iraq. We will likely encounter AWA, but that should not prove problematic, seeing as our funding lets us buy more advanced equipment... AWA, watch out, we are coming for Iraq.
The territory rule is such that you can't start out controlling huge swathes of land. Controlling "most of the Arabian peninsula" seems a bit much. Conquering territory is fine, just you can't join with a faction that controls masses of land right off the bat.
Also, the SSR already occupies Yemen, but they're kind of in stasis since I don't have the time to do a lot with them at the moment. I'll do things with them eventually, just kindly leave Yemen and the SSR's turf alone for the time being.
Here's the map. I don't have a link to Rusty's version.
By control you mean patrol, right? Because control implies you have absolute say in those Governments affairs, when you stated they hired you to just guard the oil fields
Snip
It would help if you drew on a map to show what territory is under your control, then we could more easily determine whether it's too much or not. I don't think anyone has problems with you controlling parts of Saudi Arabia as long as it's not the entire country.
The Saudi military only has around 250,000 active personnel, so I think that's maybe a bit big.
Snip
Since you're starting out, I say you should only start off with one area you patrol in, and then gradually start patrolling outside that area.
Also, your area in Saudi Arabia is quite large, btw. You ought to shrink it.
It's understandable to be a PMC guarding black gold, but you have an entire ARMY GROUP in a huge stretch of land. I think it's pretty too big for a PMC, especially one just starting out and just there to protect oil derricks
When in doubt

I dont really consider my group a PMC group. They are more of an alliance group that has come together to fight for what they want, not for money. The oil barons just so happen to agree to pay us to guard their fields.

Re-established my territory, that is where the most dense group of my troops are, about 50,000. Another 25,000 are in reserve. I think that is a reasonable number.

Days after the WLA pulled out of Syria, AWA militants in the region begin to settle in and remain optimistic. However their celebration was formed just after executing the few WLA POWs in their possession...

A step in the right direction, but like Tbone and I said, limit yourself within the boundaries of one nation.
AWA has to have the highest body count of any faction by now.

TAA has begun launching small patrols outside of their controlled area, and are attempting to scout the north for a good staging ground to begin moving into Iraq.
Hey now, we aren't done with you yet. Have you revised your map?
Meanwhile in the South Pacific...
CoG has made their island chain into their own Area 51 by turning it into not only a missile base, but a testing ground for experimental types of aircraft. Recently, they've began making breakthroughs in aerial technology with Lord Adam's decision to build up their forces. Vehicles such as airships, aerial support platforms, and advanced VTOL transports are slowly becoming more and more possible as they invest more time, more research, and more money into R&D of these things.
