It's not hard to make your own faction. If you want to make a PMC group that uses the CELL models, that's allowed. You just can't make factions that are carbon copies of factions from other games or movies or whatever.

Why not just make a PMC faction based in Estonia that uses the CELL models? You're already making them your own thing by giving them any kind of interest in Estonia whatsoever. CELL in Crysis are based in North America and are busy being bad guys in New York, they don't care about Estonia.

You don't [i]need[/i] to reskin the models. It helps, but it's not a barrier to entry. A lot of us started out with non-reskinned models. Just make up a faction, use your imagination. If you know you want to be a PMC based in Estonia, then that's already half of the work done.

There's no real guide on how to make a faction. But if you're going to ask us to make a faction for you, then unfortunately we will not. We cannot help you beyond telling you to just use your imagination. If you're gonna keep bugging us about this, then I'm afraid we will have to ask you to leave until you come up with one yourself. Preferably one that isn't a 99.999% CELL copy.
