Alright, it's done. I finished most of it in the morning, but couldn't be bothered to test it properly. Now I did, so here it is.

Works almost the same as the other one. Type [b]!title <title>[/b] in chat to change your title message and type just [b]!title[/b] to remove it. There are also several options you may wish to change. All of the options are convars, so you can change them in-game without reloading the script. They all start with [b]label_[/b] and are pretty descriptive in their names.
