So I've been trying to figure out what's going on with this, so I've verified the user has access (and owns) the garry's mod directory (not just /garrysmod/garrysmod")
I've been unable to figure it out by searching online, I've seemed to find a "fix" but the link is dead (link)
Doubt it's related but SteamCMD seems to always start with

Bump, still no resolve.
You could've just used the search feature.
Downloading issue 37 what does it actually mean?
Basically its a problem wit Steam not being able to read/write files to the drive. Check permissions/available space, etc, etc. Reinstall if necessary.
I guess that's wiki-worthy information.
Oddly enough my log never stated anything about 37. Though I had found that thread and tried to reinstall steamcmd and so on, but it didn't seem to work.
Do you know what folders to change or to look into for permissions?
