Need help setting up FastDL (Dont be sarcastic or try to be a dick about it)

Ive done everything that i have seen on forums/guides and even support tickets from my server provider and none of them seem to get fast dl to work.

You need to include "sv_allowupload 0" and "sv_allowdownload 0" in your server.cfg.

I had that on before and it still didnt work ( Also just tryed putting it on again )

The map location seems fine, but why are they not compressed with bz2?

Because, It is not necessary to compress with bz2 ive heard, but its just that none of the files i have on it are downloading.

Some maps compress to an extreme, so why not? The point is to give them the files quicker, smaller = quicker.
