resource.AddWorkshop doesn't support collections. You have to make a line for each addon. Also, the numbers should be in quotes, ex. resource.AddWorkshop( "1234567" )
Well, everyone seems to join my server just fine, addons arent even my problem either.

Just make a line for every addon. It may say it's downloading them, but it actually isn't.

No, my issuse has been maps and maps only.
Why are you using FastDL for maps and workshop for models? Seems a bit complicated is all. Anyways, post your server.cfg (snip your rcon password). Also, are your maps in .bz2 format?
