Hacking Issue Gmod Server - Help

This just happened to a server I administrate on and we keep on getting redirected when we connect to the community listed above. Edit- Community Redirect server info-http://www.gametracker.com/server_in...171.170:27045/

What I'm speaking of is them placing a script inside the server directory that could keep setting themselves to a certain rank/unbanning themselves, and running connect <IP> clientside.

It seems to be a problem with a lot of TTT servers. My files just got corrupted and souring out errors on the TTT base and the scoreboard and other TTT related issues. There is this link about RCON hacking that got released a few days ago right around when all this hacking started. This clearly seems to be annoying you hackers are a pain and the ass. Steps to reduce hackers. 1. Double check that you do not have any addons that may have been script enforced meaning they allow the creator, of the script. To join the game and promote them self to superadmin. 2. Purchase an anticheat from Coderhire. 3. Disable Cheats in game. I belive the rcon command is sv_cheats 0 4. Make sure you do not have a superadmin that may be giving these rank's out. This is the most common thing, and you may think that they are hackers, though sometimes there not. Hopefully your server runs as smooth as possible without any hackers!

Script enforcer used to be a part of garry's mod to prevent people from running stuff they weren't supposed to clientside (we now have sv_allowcslua). What you're referring to here is a backdoor.

hi. He isnt lying, VAC isnt enabled, it is, but it literally does nothing. go into cheat engine, force sv_cheats to 1, no ban, doesnt matter how long you wait [editline]8th January 2014[/editline] also QAC is far from useless I take logs from popular servers and it has hundreds of bans so far.
