Startup CTD -> Could not get client.dll interface from library client

Ive had the same problem i start it up it looks like it booted up all the way but it disconnects and says, Could bot get client.dll interface library client now i cant play Garry Please help...

I have the EXACT same issue! It happened about an hour ago when GMod started to update. TF2, then updated, then I started GMod, then I got that error...

Okay, this is extraordinarily stupid of me, but I'm having to get up from bed and post this because of people getting worked up.

[b]gmod breaking is not garry's fault, but you could say it is partially Valve's[/b] (but you shouldn't be blaming it on them). The reason gmod is broken is because Valve have pushed out a general Source engine update, and because gmod is running on source it automatically recieves the latest engine update. This is fine for games such as DOD:S and Portal 1 because compatibility testing is done; however, in the case of gmod, garry's office hours are a polar opposite to Bellevue, Washington, and if Valve contact him in regards to an impending update which might possibly maybe break stuff, it's not going to reach him in time (and even then, I recall garry having issues getting a hold of updated binaries to test against until after the update went out). Nonetheless, it is not Valve's responsibility to compatibility test new engine builds against content that isn't their own.

TL;DR- Stop getting worked up, there's not really anything anyone can do at this stage until Garry (who is asleep, like I should be) can get into the office tomorrow and work out what's wrong with the library client. It will be fixed, the problem is probably about 5 lines of code, but you need to exercise patience.

I Hope he douse, Ive made new models that i hexed and waited a week to try them but i counted because Could bot get client.dll interface libary client

I've also have the same issue. At first, i thought it was my computer, so thank goodness for that! :) VALve seems like a shitty coder, from what it looks like, and it made my day terrible...
