Hacker has messed up my mouse movements and made Gmod unplayable

It could be simply a bad addon? Try unsubscribing from all your Addons, see if it helps

Are you sure it was a "hacker" who "fucked" you up, and not just you that have activated your joystick setting by accident? :P

Yeah, I'm certain. The problem only started right after the guy said "enjoy your new sensetivity :o". Even if I did mess up and activate joysticks, uninstalling gmod, a few times, then steam itself would have fixed the issue.

Also joysticks aren't on
