I've had this problem before but not quite sure how I solved it.. My physgun beam has a colour, as does the glow but the actual colour is just the usual blue and I can't change it no matter what. I've tried deleting addons, deleting the game and reinstalling, verifying files via steam and yes I have tried to kill myself in-game.... Nothing works :/ Would be a big help!
