Garry's Mod not loading addons - Help

This is probably directly correlated to the fact that steam has been up and down like a five cent hooker's panties. It started around the same time.

A fix would be nice, I can't even go on servers without being spammed with errors :(

Not for me for some reason, servers are fine, I'm just pissed off about the single player content not being there

Windows 7 Ultimate?

64 GB of ram may look too much, some users uses 30% of free ram to make ramdisk with copy of minecraft with saved worlds(or basically anything) just to decrease load times, possible only 64-bit windows Vista/7/8/8.1 Professional and Enterprise editions.

You dont need to reinstall garry´s mod to refix the problem. I used to have this problem before, ant it just started working again. Now i have it again. Im just gonna wait for it...
