You should not get any smartphone if you don't have a data plan.
No, these are the prices I get from the shop...
He meant he assumes those don't come with a plan and are not locked to any specific carrier...
Xperia X10 :smug:
Ugh, no. No multi-touch, no thanks.
Xperia X10 Mini should be decent, don't quote me on it, though.
The Motorola Milestone XT720 is probably the best android smartphone you can get in that pricerange, 8MP Xenon flash camera, OMAP 3440, 3.7 inch scheen, etc for £350. I have one myself and it's great.

I can live with it, simply find a starbucks or something and bam, wifi.
I chose this smartphone, HTC Wildfire, because it is cheap enough to buy without a plan... About Motorola Milestone XT720, it seems really cool but it will be kinda expensive, and I can't find it in any shop here... Maybe it's not in my country yet...
You should not get any smartphone if you don't have a data plan.
What?
get a Galaxy S
SE X10 Mini is actually really good for the price, you should get that.
You should not get any smartphone if you don't have a data plan.
Vodafone give me 250mb free when I top up by thirty a month and if I don't, I get free texts for twenty. I only really use Data if I really need to. I can turn it off on my Galaxy S with apndroid anyways. Was going to make one of these threads. But I might as well ask in this one. Any good Verizon ones?
What I'm saying is, I think it's a waste to buy a device that's intended for accessing the internet on the go when you can't access the internet on the go with it :downs:
SE X10 Mini is actually really good for the price, you should get that.
As I said, I am not willing to buy a SE device ever again... @DrTaxi: If smartphone costs 270euros as HTC Wildfire does, it's worth it either way...!
Blackberry Bold 9000, 9700 or Torch. 9700: 9000: Torch:
Blackberry Bold 9000, 9700 or Torch.
If you want to do anything with the phone other than email, SMS and very basic internet, it's not worth getting a BlackBerry. In fact, with Android being as good as it is now, a BlackBerry is worthless. With at least my Bold 9000, you get 128 MB of flash for the OS and RAM, with the 5.0 OS on mine, I have roughly 30 MB of space for apps and the data that they store... Android phones are the similar in price and offer so much more.
Galaxy S?
This
Ok, Blackberrys are expensive either way, so I wouldn't buy one... Oh, Galaxy S is expensive too, did I mention that before? /sarcasm
Blackberry Messenger is the fucking shit.
