Try using a very low capacitor. i think i've used .01 uF on fans before . Not in computer cases, but fans non the less.
Cutting one the fan blades off will make it lighter and therefore spin faster Be sure to run it like that for a very long time to get the full effect
...Or you could just accept that your fan is what you got and play some minecraft...

They spin soooooo much faster now that they don't have to deal with air resistance :D
