Make a program in Visual Basic that creates billions of folders on the users desktop, I made one like this and it FUCKS your PC. Real easy to do too.
Crash:
MKDIR Evil%random%%random%
Goto Crash
Or something like that, it should make infinite folders.
Just delete hal.dll in system32
It doesn't have any protection (at least in XP) and prevents the PC from booting into windows.

But aren't a majority of steam scammers greedy 12 year olds who just want more games, And also had their mom's buy them I7 rigs from alienware?

that last one is a txt.
Hurr. The browser will say "password.txt.exe" when they download it. But don't worry they won't see that and they'll run your exe. Or in Chrome it prompts are you sure, if its a executable.

Name the folders a non-breaking space and nothing more (alt+255). If you name a folder on the desktop that, it will be unremovable due to a bug (Vista only).

You can delete those folders on Vista. You have to use command prompt but you can do it.
But the average Steam scammer isn't going to know how to do that.
OP how are you even going to get them to download it?
Don't give this scriptkiddy any information that would assist him in being a fucking douchebag.
This must be breaking some rule on these forums
I mean if piracy can get you banned why not how-tos on malware?

you would be a great police officer.
hassle people in the ghetto because they must be doing something wrong.
Would password.txt [loads of spaces] .exe work? I've seen some viruses do that and it looked pretty convincing.

It isn't. And making malware is perfectly fine, distributing it to deal actual damage to someone's property or business is illegal.
