Could be dust clogging ventilation ports, or the thermal grease wasn't applied correctly during assembly and is now dried up and almost useless, or a half-dozen other possibilities. The temps will tell us if there is a problem.
Give us your idle temperature and your load temperature (after playing WoW or something else for a while).
Is that when you are getting the drop in FPS?
If it is, I don't think temps are the problem.
Let me take another when I'm getting the FPS drop.

((That's the temp when i'm getting the FPS drop, but when i'm not getting the fps drop it actually drops a few degrees..))
Hmm. I'm fairly stumped now. Laptops aren't really my thing, though.
It could be that the processor is throttling back when your temps reach a certain point. Make sure the laptop is getting good airflow.
I hope somebody with more experience can help you, because I am tapped out now. Sorry.
Thanks for all your help though, at least you tried.
CPU temps are extremely high and more than likely the CPU clock is being throttled back to try and lower the temp. Clean out fans of dusk and make sure its getting ventilation. You might want to buy one of those cooling pads for laptops if you continue to game on one.

This man speaks the truth, your laptop is on the verge of bursting into flames, I'm surprised it isn't constantly shutting down on you.
After cleaning it out, you may want to consider undervolting the CPU http://forum.notebookreview.com/showthread.php?t=235824 - This will not fuck shit up, worst thing you'll get is a hard lockup or BSoD if the CPU voltage is set too low.
I'm going to get a cooler today and see if that helps.
looking at the Dxdiag, you have a Gateway FX laptop, if that is the case there is a few things to know about them, first is they run hot, so a cooler is a must, but second if that the 9800m can get mucked up with dust and such and must be blown out to clear the GPU fan and lower the heat. the vents are on the bottom and side (by the double USB ports and the DVD drive. If you clean them out, you will see your heat lower, and the the CPU/GPU will stop down clocking to protect itself. Additional, your FPS should go back up.
What i noticed that i've been seeing is dust particles in the air vents.
As well as my legs blocking the ports.

if you are seeing particulate in the vents that means it is already built up inside also. it does not take much to power it down and clean it up...

I was going to do that, but my dad basically said that i was retarded and I was going to fuck it up to get a new laptop, and I didn't have the experience to fix it.
I'll just get a vacuum cleaner and suck it all out. -_-
cook the video card because it over headed, and see what he has to say.. I do all my laptops every 3-3.5 months...
