I know you guys said the Panasonic RP-HTF600E-S would be good, but how do they compare to the Sennheiser HD 428s?
I hate to be a pain, but repost because it wasn't answered.
I hate to be a pain, but repost because it wasn't answered.
the HTF600 are better obviously
Budget:Up to $70 eBay: Sure Country: USA Isolation: Closed Purpose: Mostly Gaming and Desktop PC Usage, High Quality Music Music Tastes: Anything Bassy and NOT country. Previous Experiences: Creative Tactic3D Alpha, these have been the best headphones I've had so far in my experience, but I regret buying them because the left headphone literally snapped off magically while putting them on, they delivered good bass for my liking and clear audio, but their build quality was crap it seems. I want something around it's price range that can serve equal or better audio to these. Comments: Doesn't have to be a headset, if it is, great! Newegg preferred, but I can do any trusted website. I'm considering these: http://www.amazon.com/dp/B004MMEI8W
considering buying these http://www.marshallheadphones.com/product/major Are they worth the coin?
Are there any headphones similar to the HD238's but closed?

So, what's the general consensus on the Sennheiser HD280 Pro set? My 201's are breaking (Connector's gone bad), so I need a new pair. May as well sink some cash into it this time.
buy a 20$ desk mic/clip on mic
i hate desk and clip on mics, just takes up space on my shirt or my desk.

Should I go for ATH-M50s, DT-990s or DT-770s in the future? I have a pair of AD-700's right now not sure if it's worth changing but I think I'll need closed ones in the future. I'm assuming the DT's have a better soundstage from some reviews. Edit: I'm an idiot and should have done more research before posting this and editing it 90 times, I don't have an amp and my soundcard's a xonar dg, pretty sure an amp is highly recommended for the DT's.

The Zalman sounds surprisingly good. Check the quality tests on youtube. I was very impressed with what I heard. You aren't going to get much quality in a small package for cheap. The Zalman is popular for a reason.

what are the Klipsch Image S4's like?
If you want a built in mic, you're asking in the wrong thread.
Well this is the "Heaphone buying guide" so I figured this would be the place.
Its not that I didn't want suggestions but I did say Purpose: Mostly Gaming and and teamspeak so it needs to have a quality mic Which i almost thought people would assume "Built in mic"
teamspeak doesn't require a quality mic http://dl.dropbox.com/u/8914988/odellus/test.mp3 guess how much my mic cost $5
Even if you don't listen to music on your PC, a nice pair of headphones will make games sound great.
Infact, you're better off just getting a decent cheap microphone clipon then working on making your room quieter. A awesome microphone won't magically not record noise. Excluding cardoid, but even then that doesn't solve it.
