Low amount of heatsink paste.
I wouldn't think it would be possible to use too little... you don't NEED paste at all, really. Your CPU will just be a bit hotter than average, I know this from experience.
Stop overclocking it. That's not the 940's stock speed.
Stop overclocking it. That's not the 940's stock speed.
Don't recall saying I overclocked anything.
It says 940 @ 3.01 GHZ You overclocked it. [editline]09:43PM[/editline] oh wait nevermind.
Op you need to update the bios or get a new motherboard that website doesn't give accurate info
why did you upgrade? if i'm not mistaken all you have gained is 800 MHz
why did you upgrade? if i'm not mistaken all you have gained is 800 MHz
Yes but there is a lot more to CPU's than just clock rate.
Yes but there is a lot more to CPU's than just clock rate.
yes that's true although i think we can safely say that a phenom II x4 and a phenom x4 9550 are fairly similar
Except for the whole 65nm vs 45nm thing. And the difference in cache sizes. And the AM3 socket. etc. etc. etc.
yes that's true although i think we can safely say that a phenom II x4 and a phenom x4 9550 are fairly similar
Say again? First gen phenoms aren't even close to 2nd gen phenoms.
