Status update. It might be a DNS issue. I was just having the problem again, and I realized that Firefox was saying something like "Looking up http://www.facepunch.com" in the status bar. So I pinged a couple IP, and they worked. So I set my DNS to 8.8.4.4 (Google DNS) on my computer (not the router), and now I can browse the internet again.
Before switching the DNS, it was doing DNS through the router, which was pointed at some other DNS server; AT&T's I think
Not surprising, AT&T's DNS servers are worthless.
I just use 4.2.2.2 and 4.2.2.3, although they're apparently going to limit those to their customers eventually.

I don't cause I have had to transform my server temporarily with 2008 R2 and don't feel like setting up MS DNS. =/
I will once my box turns into Debian again though.
