I have just bought a new Graphics card the XFX Radeon HD 6870 and it required 2x 6 pin PCI-E Connectors. Now my PSU doesn't have that. So i am going to have to get a new PSU. My budget is £35 but if price has to go over that is fine only by about £10. Yes i know that is cheap but i bought the new GPU.
Here is the specs of my computer so far:
PSU - ATX 500w (No Brand)
CPU - Intel Core i3 540 @3.07GHz
GPU - Mentioned above (Installed at the moment ATI Radeon HD 5450)
Motherboard - Asrock p55 pro USB3
HDD - Hitachi HDS721010CLA332 ATA
Optical Drive - TSSTcorp CDDVDW SH-S223C ATA
There are 3 case fans connected by Molex 8981 connector and the CPU plugs into the mother board.
I did before find these two PSU around £30:

Both have 2 PCI-E 6 pin connectors and the necessary cables for my other devices, but im after for other peoples opinion on what i should get.
If pictures are required please say so,
Thanks
Eliot
You don't want to go cheap on a power supply, as it's the single piece that enables all others to function. Crap PSU's have a higher risk of failing and burning up all your components in a single flash. Neither of those PSU's are a good brand that you should feel comfortable buying, and I doubt they can actually put out 600 and 700W. That alpine only has like 32 amps on the 12V rail and is supposedly 600W, lol. For your system you only need 450-550W, so get a lower capacity but a better brand, like Corsair, Antec, Enermax, etc.
Go to scan.co and find an antec neo Eco, I think you can get a 620w neo Eco for about 40 euros.

It only has 1x PCI-E Connector, i need 2

Thanks for the posts and i have gone for the XFX 550w. I understand that having a cheaper PSU could do more damage and chosen to take the safe route. It should be here by Wednesday 5th
450W is fine for that system
it's not having a cheap PSU it's having a shit PSU thats bad, the xfx 450W is fine
